Works consisted of a 2m upstream raise of the existing facilities western and southern saddle dam embankments. Construction of new access tracks with several floodways, rock pitched spillway structure, low level crossings and pipe cross-overs. Miscellaneous works included the supply and installation of piezometers, survey monitoring points and heavy vehicle protection bollards.

- 4 km of new access roads
- 300,000 m3 of subsoil and 100,000 m3 of topsoil stockpiled for future rehabilitation
